Obnova domu, v\u010detn\u011b zateplen\u00ed a v\u00fdm\u011bny oken, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed majitel\u016fm \u0159adu v\u00fdhod. Nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je \u00faspora energi\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd komfort bydlen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm tepeln\u011bizola\u010dn\u00edm materi\u00e1l\u016fm pat\u0159\u00ed expandovan\u00fd polystyren (EPS). Mnoh\u00e9 lidi od zateplen\u00ed s pou\u017eit\u00edm tohoto materi\u00e1lu v\u0161ak odrazuj\u00ed n\u011bkolik argument\u016f, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee br\u00e1n\u00ed domu v \u201ed\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, zp\u016fsobuje vznik pl\u00edsn\u00ed \u010di po letech zmiz\u00ed. Poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat na to, co se o polystyrenu mluv\u00ed a kde se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 pravda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00ddTUS 1: Pou\u017eit\u00edm EPS na zateplen\u00ed se zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku pl\u00edsn\u00ed<br>K vlhnut\u00ed zdiva doch\u00e1z\u00ed v d\u016fsledku rozd\u00edlu teplot mezi vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a vnit\u0159n\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm. Pokud je vzduch v interi\u00e9ru p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tepl\u00fd a teplota st\u011bn je kv\u016fli chladn\u00e9mu venkovn\u00edmu vzduchu n\u00edzk\u00e1, tvo\u0159\u00ed se ve zdivu vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ra. Na m\u00edstech, kde teplota povrchu klesne pod kritickou hodnotu (teplotu rosn\u00e9ho bodu), doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke kondenzaci. Tam, kde je vysok\u00e1 vlhkost, mohou vznikat pl\u00edsn\u011b. V \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u0161ak nelze jejich vznik spojovat se zateplen\u00edm domu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Polystyren<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zateplen\u00ed domu, nap\u0159\u00edklad. fas\u00e1dy, je tomu pr\u00e1v\u011b naopak. Vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zateplen\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed nebo odstran\u00ed kondenzaci vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ry uvnit\u0159 konstrukce. Zatepl\u00ed-li se obvodov\u00fd pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 rodinn\u00e9ho domu, rosn\u00fd bod se p\u0159esune z povrchu konstrukce v interi\u00e9ru dovnit\u0159 konstrukce, a t\u00edm se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed povrchov\u00e1 teplota obvodov\u00e9 st\u011bny. \u201eP\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ky polystyrenu a kvality zateplen\u00ed tak zabr\u00e1n\u00edte zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed vlhkosti na obvodov\u00fdch st\u011bn\u00e1ch a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu vzniku pl\u00edsn\u00ed. Vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zateplen\u00ed s pou\u017eit\u00edm polystyrenu je efektivn\u00ed za ka\u017ed\u00fdch vlhkostn\u00edch podm\u00ednek,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Marta Strapkov\u00e1, p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b Sdru\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdrobc\u016f a zpracovatel\u016f expandovan\u00e9ho polystyrenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00ddTUS 2: Zateplen\u00ed je vhodn\u00e9 pouze na zimu<br>V\u011bt\u0161ina majitel\u016f dom\u016f se domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee zateplen\u00ed funguje jen jako tepl\u00fd zimn\u00ed kab\u00e1t a chr\u00e1n\u00ed stavbu p\u0159ed \u00faniky tepla. Pravdou ov\u0161em je, \u017ee kvalitn\u00ed zateplen\u00ed je sp\u00ed\u0161e jako termoska, kter\u00e1 v interi\u00e9ru udr\u017euje stabiln\u00ed teplotu po cel\u00fd rok. V zim\u011b uchov\u00e1v\u00e1 teplo, v letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch udr\u017euje uvnit\u0159 domu p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 klima. Nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvat tolik klimatizace a v zim\u011b zase sta\u010d\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b topit. To se p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b projev\u00ed i na \u00fa\u010dtech za energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Polystyren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00ddTUS 3: D\u016fm po zateplen\u00ed \u201ened\u00fdch\u00e1\u201c<br>Ji\u017e samotn\u00fd pojem \u201ed\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed domu\u201c je fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed nesmysl. P\u0159edstava, \u017ee by k v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b vzduchu v dom\u011b slou\u017eily pr\u00e1v\u011b obvodov\u00e9 st\u011bny, je toti\u017e myln\u00e1. V\u00fdm\u011bna vzduchu prob\u00edh\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u00fdm v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00edm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm oken, dve\u0159\u00ed, rekuperace \u010di digesto\u0159\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eeme si v\u0161ak pov\u00eddat o schopnosti obvodov\u00e9 st\u011bny propou\u0161t\u011bt vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru, co\u017e vyjad\u0159uje veli\u010dina dif\u00fazn\u00ed odpor. \u010c\u00edm je dif\u00fazn\u00ed odpor st\u011bny v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ry st\u011bna propust\u00ed. \u201eParopropustnost obvodov\u00e9 st\u011bny z\u00e1vis\u00ed v prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b na materi\u00e1lu, ze kter\u00e9ho je zkonstruov\u00e1na a ne na samotn\u00e9m tepeln\u011bizola\u010dn\u00edm materi\u00e1lu. I po zateplen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed konstrukce nad\u00e1le reaguje na zm\u011bny vlhkosti vnit\u0159n\u00edho vzduchu a d\u016fm p\u0159irozen\u011b \u201ed\u00fdch\u00e1\u201c,\u201c vysv\u011btluje M. Strapkov\u00e1. A proto je m\u00fdtus, kter\u00fd \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee po zateplen\u00ed domu p\u0159estane d\u016fm \u201ed\u00fdchat\u201c opravdu nepravdiv\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00ddTUS 4: Polystyren po \u010dase degraduje a zmiz\u00ed<br>Polystyren v konstrukc\u00edch ani po \u010dase nemiz\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o dal\u0161\u00ed nepravdiv\u00fd m\u00fdtus, kter\u00fd se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il v za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch jeho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy se k zateplov\u00e1n\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvala lepidla s organick\u00fdmi rozpou\u0161t\u011bdly. Ty mohly s tepeln\u011bizola\u010dn\u00edm materi\u00e1lem reagovat a rozpustit jej. P\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 aplikaci je v\u0161ak polystyren vysoce stabiln\u00ed materi\u00e1l s prok\u00e1zanou \u017eivotnost\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 let. Prvn\u00ed budovy se pomoc\u00ed EPS zateplovaly ji\u017e v 50. letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed a dodnes pln\u00ed sv\u016fj \u00fa\u010del. Je to lehk\u00fd, ale p\u0159itom velmi pevn\u00fd a odoln\u00fd materi\u00e1l s dlouhou \u017eivotnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00ddTUS 5: Polystyren je nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd a neekologick\u00fd<br>K \u010dast\u00fdm m\u00fdt\u016fm pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 informace, \u017ee expandovan\u00fd polystyren je neekologick\u00fd a m\u00e1 negativn\u00ed vliv na zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka \u010di p\u0159\u00edrodu. EPS je bezpe\u010dn\u00fd materi\u00e1l. Za mnoho let, co se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, se neprok\u00e1zaly \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Neobsahuje freony \u010di jin\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 by se uvol\u0148ovaly do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Jeliko\u017e nen\u00ed rozpustn\u00fd ve vod\u011b, neunikaj\u00ed z n\u011bj l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 by mohly kontaminovat podzemn\u00ed vody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bleskovenoviny.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/pexels-jopwell-1325725.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/bleskovenoviny.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/pexels-jopwell-1325725-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4681\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K zateplen\u00ed staveb se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 u\u017e jen polystyren s ekologick\u00fdm retard\u00e9rem ho\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00fd je bezpe\u010dn\u00fd. \u201ePolystyren vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd v sou\u010dasnosti je 100% recyklovateln\u00fd materi\u00e1l. Tvo\u0159\u00ed ho z 98% vzduch, proto je jeho v\u00fdroba i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 likvidace jednoduch\u00e1 a nezat\u011b\u017euje \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdmi zplodinami,\u201c dopl\u0148uje Strapkov\u00e1. Zateplen\u00ed s pou\u017eit\u00edm EPS tak\u00e9 sni\u017euje emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f.
